Is the Chase fare upgradable?
I have a CO Chase travel certificate (purchase a RT coach fare within the US and take your companion along). Does anyone know if both the paid and the companion fare are eligible for the EUA? I am platinum my wife has no status. I would add her as a Plat companion at the airport. Is this possible with this certificate? The only thing it says in the terms and conditions is that the companion fare is not eligible for OnePass mileage credit. Any insight?

Damn the search function ---I swear I posted asking this same question only a month ago and now I can't even find my own thread.

Is the companion fare upgradable with miles? Also, is the paid fare upgradable?
