Lower Fare Guarantee
Hello All,
I bought 6 tickets from SFO-EZE and I paid over $5,000 - 2 weeks ago, all in one PNR. Now, the price has dropped to L fare with a total of $4000 something for all the 6 tickets.
I want to request a travel voucher for the difference in fare and re-issue the tickets. Continental will do it with no problem, however they are charging me $50 per person, plus they will issue 6 travel voucher.
Is there a way to get just 1 voucher with the total? why 6? All the tickets were purchased in one PNR.
If that is the only way to do it, can I combine 2 travel vouchers to buy a new ticket?
Thanks

Grab this deal. This is an unpublished policy that has been mentioned, so it's not certain that you will get it next time you call.
Better take it if you're going to use the vouchers.
CO will not let you combine vouchers. But if you book one-way tickets, you can use one voucher per direction. Also, if it's an ETC, the name on the voucher does not need to match the passenger travelling.
