Comments from Comment Cards
Jer-z-girl and I were on mystery tour flight 9921 at the do and of course had amazing fun. At some point, in flight, we filled out comment cards from the continental magazine. With tongue firmly planted in cheek, I questioned the abilities of the co execs (as FAs) and suggested they could use some extra oversight and more comprehensive training. Jer-z-girl offered some comical advice as well. Just an entertaining exercise. (champagne was flowing)
Well10 days later.
I was paged today and when I returned the call I was greeted continental airlines. I said hi, this is saintd and the csr said I just wanted to let you know that your comment card was hilarious and the whole office was giggling. I told her we enjoyed the weekend so much and I was happy I could pass it forward. This csa also volunteered Saturday night and I was sorry we didnt meet. We did get to know many co employees and, without exception, wonderful souls Im happy to share the planet with.
What a nice gesture for the csr to track me down, let me know I put some fun in her day, and promised to forward my comment card up the chain so those execs will receive the training they desperately need. As we made our good-byes she extended a sincere thank you for flying continental I can say it is truly, my pleasure.

That's a great story.
I do have to say that the Execs on 9920 were doing a pretty good job. My glass never went wanting, and when I started to be too much trouble they bought more time by just giving me the bottle.
