Opon a recent arrival to SJO one peice of our luggage did not arrive on the luggage belt. After waiting until the end of the luggage and still missing 1 of our 4 priorty bags, I checked on the oversize/surf board belt and there was our rolling duffle with a new rip all wrapped up in a plastic bag. I went to the continental baggage counter and showed the fellow the damage and he reached under the counter and gave me a brand new Continental Airlines branded duffle bag. Granted our damaged luggage was not Tumi or Hartman, so I thought that was a quick and easy way to handle things. No paperwork or phone calls, and we were basically made whole on the spot!
