Anyone with experience using Co.com Gift Registry?

Has anyone used this for a wedding or birthday or ?? event? I was wondering how it was received by the guests?

I'm having a wedding this year (ball.. chain.. all that fun stuff ) and since we are both *established* I don't really see the need to register or even ask for any gifts (I'm odd like that..). But (and there is always a *but*) I know some of my lovely guests with a Miss Manners complex will like to have options.

I love the idea of this registry as one of those options - it would be great to help out with those uber large upgrade copays.. lol - but I fear it may come off as tacky (aka asking for money). Regardless, I like the idea of CO having this available? Thoughts? I appreciate all opinions.

(ps - if this needs to move then Mods, kindly do so.. or if asked before, someone please point out the error of my ways! I did search! Promise!)

Congrats on the upcoming wedding!! The only bit I can think to offer is that I'm pretty sure the money goes into something resembling the Travel Bank account, and I'm pretty sure that those funds cannot be used for the co-pays.

Other than that I see no problem in registering for something that you actually want rather than yet another set of flatware that you don't really need.
