Using Flexible elite Miles

Using Flexible elite Miles
Currently 1900 miles shy of Plat status. Recieved a letter from Chase at the end of November saying that in appreciation of my business they were giving me an additional 2000 flex miles. My December statement miles posted on 12/10 but no 2000 miles. Does anyone know if these miles post in January can I use them before the end of February to get me over the hurdle? Thanks in advance!

man ...that's close.
They *might* post at the end of the month.
I would call Chase and ask for them to do whatever it is they do and then also call CO elite desk and tell them your plan.
See what they say and be proactive on it.

Do everything you can to make sure those miles post BEFORE midnight on the 31st... otherwise your stuck Gold all year

Based on this, sounds like flex EQM's posted in January and February could be used. Am I wrong on this?

Certainly sounds like you're OK....it has the COInsider seal of approval.
But, once again, being proactive is your friend. I'd make sure it's OK before the end of the year......or maybe that's just me being hypervigilant.
