Adjusted expectations
Last night's interaction with my girlfriend struck home how much I take Continental for granted.
She usually flies US Airways, but as an early Christmas gift, I bought her tickets to fly home on Continental. Her flight was delayed by about 2 hours, which normally would've left me steaming...
However, when she landed...
"Did you know that Continental still gives free food? And they gave me a whole can of coke!"
Heh, I guess years of flying with US Airways had left its mark
