Compensation guide on continental.

Thought we needed a compensation guide on continental. I had a overnight mechanical and got 100 for hotel and 125 for delay.

From the title I thougt there would be a guide to compensation such as one hour delay/bump is $100, two hour delay/bump is $200, ect

Wouldn't this vary by type of flight and city?

$100 for hotel might be overkill in IAH, but under in EWR.

Status could also come into play, but I'm not sure if CO does that.

Status variations to co are elite and non elite altogh I found out cust care will authorize hotel if going or coming from intl flight.
