Missing credit for DL flights
Hi,
I have flown a total of 6 segments on DL a few weeks ago, from 10/23 to 11/8, in a mix of L, T and U fares on DL-operated flights with DL flight numbers. Since the miles were not posted to my OP account, I mailed my original BPs and a duplicate receipt to the OP Service Center. Two weeks ago, the first two segments were posted to my account, coincidentally the only ones that were T fares. Note that according to the CO website, Delta L, T, and U fares all qualify for OP credit (100% RDM, 50% EQM).
I have called the local OP service number right after the first segmens were credited, just to hear an agent ask me to wait until all credit was posted. He was basically going back and forth between me and someone else, who I believe was someone from the U.S. I am not sure he understood that all BPs were mailed together, in the same envelope, so CO knew about all my flights at the same time. Can someone give me more advice on this? I have considered calling the U.S. number, or even asking CO Insider for help. Any thoughts?
Thanks,
