CLE-based? Need Miles?
Have a look at the following for quick trips for miles, though many are during the week. Isn't reaching the next level worth the sick day?
Under $250 in December:
LAS
MCO
FLL
In addition, pretty much everything from CMH to the west coast is also dirt cheap.

if you search for this make sure the first seg is 100 eqm. sometimes it comes up 50% and its the same flt and same fare class. odd.

The CAK-DTW flight is going to be 50% EQM no matter what since it is on NW metal.
