Start-up problems KVS Tool

This may not belong in this forum, but I decided to subscribe/pay to KVS Tool to complement bookings with miles, upgrades avails with One Pass miles, etc. My problem is that I am unable to download the tool after paying, which in turn is required for completing registration form. Anyone able to tell me what I'm doing wrong?
Thanks.

This definitely doesn't belong in this forum and I think that you'll be disappointed to learn that KVS doesn't expose the data for CO upgrade buckets and their interface for searching for CO-metal reward availability is not as good as the CO calendar interface.

That being said, there is a link on the KVS Tool Homepage to download the application. If clicking on that link doesn't work for you, follow the instructions on the site for support. That is, in theory, part of what you are paying for.

The app should download before you pay and run without problems with limited functionality.
Paying gets you a registration code which you enter into KVS and it grants the access for the level that you payed for.

The tool does lots of things well (and I am a repeat subscriber ), but the OP was asking about searching for upgrade seats on CO, which I think you'll agree is not something that the tool is particularly useful for.

upgrades on KL with One Pass miles

Actually, the primary objective is upgrades on KL with One Pass miles, plus just learning to use the site for other info.
