EWR Transfer Time

I am booked BF from ZRH-EWR-MCO
My turn in EWR is 1hr 25min
That's pretty close, considering customs and immigration
Is there a BF line and/or do the concierges walk you through it to make it faster?
Guess I should make sure they put a priority sticker on my bag too, huh?

Saddly there is not express line for BF customers for Passport Control. It is close connection time, but it could work. You will have to go back through security to get your connection flight. For that you can enter the usless Elite Access line at EWR.

I would say try to be first off the plane, and hope you arrive befor the rush.

I had a good laugh at that, you will soon see for yourself how useless the concierges really are

But I'll have to wait for my bag and recheck it, correct?

You are correct, after customs, you exit and bare to the left. there will be a CO counter to recheck the bags. A priorty luggage tag will be put on at ZHR and at EWR if it has fallen off. But it wont help you through Passport or Customs.

Your BP will have an elite access slogan on it, which will allow you to use the "elite line" at security. And you can use the PC's at EWR.

Enjoy your trip!

On my flight from BRS last week our bags with the elite tags were among the first 10 on the belt. We were in row 7 on the 752 and walked off the plane and directly to an Immigration officer; there were no lines at all. We cleared that rapidly and had to wait 2-3 minutes for bags but with the EliteAccess tags ours were off first and there were no lines for re-check after clearing customs, though we were terminating in EWR. We did walk upstairs to the train and the security lines were ~10 minutes at that point.

A 1:25 connection is doable if you can clear immigration, but there is no way to really know your chances on that until you get there and see what the lines are. The good news is that there are plenty more EWR-MCO flights for the OP and they shouldn't have troubles getting booked on a later one if necessary.

That was my thought, a lot of EWR-MCO connections
Mine is fairly early, 3:05pm
I've flown BF a few times, but mostly eastbound.
In my westbound ones, I had so much time usually, I never paid attention.
I learned about the concierges once before on a flight to MIA-EWR-AMS that got delayed out of MIA and they rerouted me turning the whole thing into a terrible mess going through MAD...the old terminal...what a zoo
I was hoping they'd have improved some.
