Standby rules when on a codeshare
If I am ticketed on NW metal using a CO fare, and I want to standby for an earlier NW-operated flight, do the CO or NW standby rules apply? Can NW agents process the standby or does everything need to be cleared by a CO agent? Lastly, am I likely to be allowed to switch from BWI as the destination to DCA?
