Problems with online booking bonus for pre 12/31/07 booked flights
For the third time in a month, the 500 mile bonus for flights I booked on co.com prior to 12/31/07 have not posted to my account. Each time I've had to call the electronic support desk to have them added.
No one has given me a problem, but head's up to those of you who may have missed this!
