miles for extra seat update?
Scott do you have an update when CO will start awarding RDM miles for a paid extra seat?

It is alluded to here

I believe that the second seat was to collect points in a second account, not on the "master" account, so that the passenger could redeem for a second seat on a reward trip, not so they can take advantage of fare mistakes (or just a trip that they are taking anyways. But I might be wrong on that aspect.
