Is it me or...............
In April I was following pricing for a trip for July, 7/3/2008 SJO-BUF, 7/6/2008 BUF-YHZ, 7/23/2008 YVR-MKE and 7/27/2008 MKE-SJO for 2 adults and a 5-11 child. CO.com was quoting roughly $1400 AI for each, up some days down some but no change over $50. Being the bargain hunter (tight wad) that I am, I was waiting to get the whole package for under $4000.00 AI.
Staring in May, I have been getting an error when entering this search telling me flights are not available on the first portion SJO-BUF. If I substitute EWR for BUF, I get the same message. I called CO.com and they said there was no problem with availability and that I could buy it over the phone at $1600 per, but they could not explain the error message I was receiving.
I, of course, want to buy on CO.com for the miles and price, and thought that this forum would be the best place to see if the true experts in using CO.com get the same message or may have a secret that could help me.

CO.com has had some recent problems with not showing some flights that are available; it recently happened with flights to Berlin (TXL) for this winter.
And next time try a thread title that has some indication of what the trouble is. Otherwise the easy answer is that yes, it is you.

I haven't tried this yet, but it's a usual suggestion of folks on here: Call the web help desk & have them hold it for you, then buy it online.

If you like the price that co.com helpdesk gives you buy it. You will get full RDMs and EQMs for it, even if it is a disscount fare and there will not be a Call Center Fee either.
