Delta Award Availability Using OP Miles
Are there any sure indicators of Delta award availability to CO FFer's? I have found SkySaver awards that match my needs but the agent I spoke to at CO stated she did not have access to them. Is this a correct statement?

If you are a non-elite on DL and find something you should have access to the same inventory via the CO system. I've never had an issue of them not being able to see the specific DL flights I've fed them.

I agree. I always have a DL window open when I call CO to identify availability. With DL travel with 2 or more segments - you need to check the DL availability for each segment individually. Sometimes DL does always configure all the options.

Now I'm pissed. The BE availability I've been looking at for 3days is gone. Thanks CO wonderful elite line for your excellent customer service.
