Platinum credentials
I have received my credentials for my Platinum Status but there was just card in the envelope. Is that what CO now sends out, just the card no drink coupons or anything else?

Check out the thread about the 2008 cards here. Most received drink coupons, too, but at least one other person has reported a "short" pack missing the drinks.

With chgodude that now makes 3 of us (entropy + Billiken) that just received a Plat card (and nothing else).

Well, since you are platinum, you don't need drink coupons. You'll always be upgraded to First anyway.

I received my pack, addressed to me, but with someone else's card inside. I called up the Elite desk and was told "We're having some problems with the company that's shipping out these packs - and that's one of the known problems!"

No drink coupons for me either... maybe since I'm Lifetime PC they think I don't need any more?

Ahh, so this is the thread where I saw the above message.

Moderator, since I am double-posting thank yous to Scott (just did so in the Wallet Candy thread which took me a long time to find since I couldnt remember the name of the thread), you can kill this if you want to, but I believe CO Insider deserves thanks whenever possible, so....

I did PM Scott and just now received the coupons for my Gold membership. Requalified for Platinum at the end of last month, so waiting patiently on that package to arrive.

Received the nicest letter in the mail today referencing "my correspondence," containing drink/headset coupons.
