problem emailing itinerary?
anyone else having a problem emailing itin summaries from CO.com?
I have been using the "email summary" feature for about a year to send my flight details to my fiancee. She finally fessed up that she only gets an error message - it has never worked! (I usually copy and paste one to her also which is why she never said anything before this). I just sent a test message to myself and got the same error (see below).
We are not using macs nor aol and it happens with either Internet Exploder or Mozilla. Error message happens when sending to hotmail, verizon, or my work address.
anyone else? Reported it to CO.com tech support - they were not aware of it.
Here is the error message:

Please try later or call 1-800-300-1547 for assistance.

It hasn't worked for months for me either. I reported it to co.com support but the rep didn't really seem interested and said to just try it again.

Managed to succesfully send an itinerary but the comment section disappeared into the ether.

I frequently have problems emailing itineraries to pass riders using my benefits. Assuming it's related to this issue.

I e-mail every reservation to TSMRNE. She receives 'em without fail. About the only part of CO.com that works reliably!

It comes and goes - sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
Thought they'd fixed it at one point, but obviously it's still happening.

I first noticed that it had stopped working for me a few weeka ago. Not sure when it actually broke, as I haven't been using it frequently.

Hmmm....now that you mention it...
Has worked fine for years for me. Last couple of months, it didn't work at times.

Hit and miss
This has worked well for me (with occasional problems) until this week. Since the weekend, I am o-fer.
