Need some help!
I'm flying tomorrow (not 24 hours yet) and did not receive my upgrade 3 days out. Now there is only one seat left, so obviously I don't even have a shot until the airport. When I look at pda.continental it says that I'm not on the upgrade list. However, when I call on the phone the agent tells me I'm on it. Of course I am not allowed to know where I'm on it or anything like that because "we have no access to that information!" What worres me is that more people got upgraded between the third and second day. So I am doing something wrong (my reservation was split on the way down and of course the little EAU switch is flipped to yes), does pda have a glitch, or did the agent lie to me?
I know this should probably be in the pda thread but it's urgent.

I wouldn't worry about it. You'll show up on the list (on pda.co.com) when you check in.

I don't think the pda list will list you until you check in at 24hr mark so nothing seems out of sorts to me.

Wow I was Sequence 1 for checking in and now am at number 6 on the EAU standby list. I had no idea that so many high elites fly from Florida on a Monday night! Was there some holiday this weekend I didn't know about?
