Question for veterans of One Pass
I am new to the website and looked in the FAQ thread for an answer and did not find a sufficient answer, so please indulge my newbie status.
I took a job mid-year 2007 that requires frequent air travel. Being that the company is based in Houston, we fly CO exclusively. Most flights are to adjoining states with occasional trips to LAX and Philly. I achieved silver, but due to the usual distance of the flights, I get there by Points as opposed to EQM. Here is where I am running into trouble, my company uses an in-house travel agent and unless my trip is last minute, I'm being booked in discount economy (no points) and the fact that it is not booked on CO.com, I miss out on the two measly points.
I have a trip coming up where the outbound is a U fare and return is X fare. Will I only get a point for the outbound and no point for the return?
I figure I could easily reach Plat, with only the 2 points per trip if booked on CO.com, but I fear that with the amount of flights that are booked through the agent far enough out, I may have a hard time even reaching gold. Thanks in advance for any insight.

Welcome to FlyerTalk!
Yes -- you'll earn one point for a U flight and no points for an X if they are not purchased at continental.com -- the rules are here. I suspect you've already found them, though.

your predicament has been discussed many times in the past. We understand your frustration but not sure what we can offer beyond that.
You can try convincing your company to allow you to buy your own tickets but I doubt they will allow that.
anyway, welcome to FT.
