Actually,I am not sure you can waitlist for WBC UG. Need to keepcalling for availabilty. Last time I did about 15 months ago actually got the UG about 12 hours before flight

That is what we were saying - it is not possible to waitlist for a NW mileage upgrade using CO miles.
