How long does it take? OP dining says the miles have posted, but I haven't seen them appear yet in the OP account itself.

As do mine. Once it took about a month but they all eventually post.

Our selection of restaurants around the Kansas City area is limited, but the few that I freqent around here are generally slow to post. I think one of them posted within a week, but the others are generally a few weeks.
