OnePass to AMEX
Can OnePass miles be transferred to MR (Amex)? I see on the website that it is easy to do MR to CO. How about going the other way?

No. I don't think you can transfer anything into Amex, only out.

You can transfer OP points ONLY into the Amtrack rewards programme
