CO website

CO is a pain in the a**! I looked at awards available for BDL/LAS a few months out. I am only interested in FC. Thay show flights available on Partner NWA.
But when I look farther into the flight it shows the longest segments in coach! If I wanted coach I would book it. They really love to waste people's time. mad:

To clarify, get the booking up on your screen and call CO.com support to book. ^

Hmmmm, good advice certainly, but which does not appear to contradict the OP's original assertion that CO's website is a PITA....

Well, I can't argue against that at times, so I just thought I'd help him out

Actually, a lot of people got upset when it wouldn't show any availability if any of he segments were in the lwer class of service, so CO changed it. Yes, you have to look at the details to make sure you are getting what you want but if you were booking a TATL flight and the intra-Europe was in Y it wouldn't be such a big deal.

Perhaps with the new website they could allow people to choose to display routings where some and all of the flights were available in the specific class you're looking for. That way everyone wins.

IF you want to see a bad website look at www.elal.com

CO has several parts that don't work well, in particular reward search, and ticket reissues...
