Note on yesterdays CO386 SNA to EWR
Cudos to the FA in First who had to extend herself from her seat to keep the Cockpit door shut during take off .I was in 1B 10/2/07 CO 386 and saw the door swing open as we accelerated done the runway.. with a bit of metal.. flying off down the aisle The FA had the presence of mind and flexibility to stretch brace and keep the door shut until we leveled off enough for her to stand braced against the door ..A job well done:-: in protecting the Pilots.. Cheers Jane

And CO 1511 on the 29th Sept..
and a second:-: CUDOS :-: to the FA and Pilots on the CO 1511 IAD-SNA flight Sept 29th( missed the party in PC E but), who had to deal with a late boarding person who had been over served admitted it and then relived himself all over the rear Lav floor. He was removed by the gate staff, and the clean up was accomplished by the FAs and the Capitan gave a brief announcement about the fact that drinking overly much and flying were not a good mix for everyones over safety. Well handled all the way around!!Just for all of you who have simple flight delays LOL Cheers Jane
