But to your point...PC's are intended to be bland, quiet and dull. There are no two way about that; they simply are boring. However, PC's have one redeeming quality: free booze. And RNE is not one to look askance at free booze. ^ As for the Statuesque Mrs. RNE, she likes the "exclusivity" of PC's--though she'd never admit to such snob appeal. So when she travels with me--often on international routes--my platinum status gets us in free, and in we go. Other times, friends or fellow travelers guest us vagabonds in--with much appreciation, I might add...no ingrates, we. Thank you. (You know who you are.)
