IAH PC wines
BTW--the premium wines go a long way to lower frustration levels during irrops. I tried the Groth sauvignon blanc on Monday. It was great, as was the price. :) The Stag's Leap chardonnay and the Veuve Clicquot champagne are excellent too, and the pours are generous.

Premium wines are now being served in the DCA P Club. ^

I assume you mean "now being" ;) Question to CO Insider - Can you provide the list of current PC location w/ Premium Wines? Also, do you have schedule for future expansion? |

Cle Pc
For my money (I just renewed my membership), the CLE PC is the best; at least during the times that I am there, the staff is always top-notch.
Cindy and Wendy at the desk and Pam and Hillary at the bar are particularly AWESOME!! ^ |
I visited a PC for the first time this decade. It was the E one at IAH.
It was like getting to heaven for this UA flyer.... It was pretty crowded in the bar area, but great atmosphere. Of course, the Heineken was free, but to serve Veuve Clicquot Champagne for 9 bucks (6 bucks if you have a CO Credit Card) is not bad! Internet was free and fast, great seating upstairs if you wanted to escape the crowds. Oh well, back to day old bagels and 5 dollar beers for me... :( |

I guess last time you visited PC, Beer/Wine were not free, and of course Terminal E was not built yet...

For sure I can tell that around 1998 or 99, when I purchased my lifetime membership, PC charged alcohol drinks in the club, thus annual membership fee was about $150 and lifetime fee was like $1,500.
A few years later CO changed the policy/concept of the lounge and those drinks became free, but instead they raised the annual fee to more than $300 (and lifetime to $3,500 or so). So I praised myself for not chosen RCC (which didn't have lifetime membership) and joined PC, despite my company was using UA mostly at that time... (and club membership was out of my pocket after all.) |

Hi PforPlatinum, our Premium Wine program is now offered in Houston (IAH), New York/Newark (EWR), Cleveland (CLE) and Washington (DCA). Within the next two months, we hope to add Atlanta (ATL), and our new Las Vegas (LAS) clubroom will have it on day one. By year end we plan to have our Premium Wine program in most of our clubrooms (Honolulu, Guam and Panama City will be excluded), but this is all subject to the liquor license timing for each location.

Glad to hear the program expansion is accelerating. ^ You know, I'm always looking for the opportunity to maximize the benefit of Presidential Plus card  (or in other words, annual fee to be paid off :p). With this expansion, 33 glasses of premium wine / year is feasible even for me... :D |
SEA PC soon
The bartender in the SEA PC reported they will have the premium wines "within the next couple weeks."

lax pc is a dump!
wow are my standards really skewed? I'm in the pc at lax and man it's not looking good. tables are unwiped, there's garbage around, all of the furniture is showing a lot of wear, and the language of the staff seems to be 'grunt and frown'. and whats with the no outside food policy?
