EQM on TCs?

EQM on TCs?
Hi guys,
I'm new to Flyertalk, sorry if this has been covered before. But will I receive 100% EQM if I book a flight fully covered by a TC I received for being bumped off a flight? (Of course assuming I book on Continental.com).
And I assume I'd still be free upgrade eligible?

Any revenue flights booked at continental.com will receive 100% EQM and are eligible for EUA. It has nothing to do with whether using TC or not.
