Onepass problem

Onepass problem
My father has had a OnePass account for almost a year now. He does a fair amount traveling for work lately which had prompted him to sign up for one. However, out of all the times he's flown, only twice his miles posted to the account automatically. Every other time, we've had to put in a request to have them accredited to his account. (The only times they were accredited, the first time he had flown on NW and the other is the current trip he's on now). Now the option online to request miles from a previous trip is now longer there. Has anyone else expierenced this? I'm just curious before I call CO for him (Right now he's on a trip to CCS- otherwise I would have him call).
