Congratulations Mackieman.

baglady's husband

I need to be in Center City Phila bright and early tomorrow. I am pondering getting a hotel for the night and get an extra half hour of sleep vs. taking a train into the city before the sun rises. WWTBD?

I use to take a Septic train in the Center City every day and it was  I can't offer an opinion on your other option.

I forgot to mention that I wouldn't leave until after the kids go to bed (so I wouldn't be in Center City until 9:30). If anyone wants to meet me for a beer in Center City that might sway me towards the hotel option.

I live in the Philly suburbs, so getting SEPTA into the city isn't too terrible, provided that I don't miss the train. I could actually take the El if I was so inclined, but I think the El at 6 am might be a bit  and .

In that case it's pretty close to a wash and I'd save the $ and just go in the morning. Of course, if I needed a Hyatt night...

Much to my amazement they used the CRT video monitors over the aisles for both the preflight videos and a movie. I never thought I would see Jeff on one of these.

Novelty value ^^^

The fact they are still flying these planes :td::td::td:

CO IIRC got a few of those from US/HP I was on one going IAH-SJC.

 I keep trying to reserve a specific Hyatt on FFN/NBT for a specific night on our upcoming trip and I keep getting a Diamond guarantee paid reservation instead. ARGH!

Hmm. Hadn't thought of that. Hyatt at the Bellevue with AAA rate is $169+tax. Client would be paying regardless, and another stay nets me another FFN. If I check in on the 31st, does that count towards the FFN promotion?

This happened to me as well. What kind of confirmation do you see for a FFN stay?

It will be interesting to see how DL does once CO and Priority Pass people are no longer coming in. I wonder if they have sufficient numbers to keep things as good as they have been.

I am so ready for NYC. Driving in the sleet, snow, and ice roads will be well worth the trip north. CM you will have PM about tomorrow shortly.

Did you find the back corner I told you about - closest to the A concourse and cell-phone free?

I updated one door lock last night and will do the other two this morning. I acquired the Kwikset Smartkey locks so I can key them myself. It was far easier to install than I had imagined. Except for that moment in bad lighting where I confused the grease in the deadbolt for chocolate from the cookies my wife had made. Thankfully I did not taste it. :o

...

Good morning, Box. Being a homeowner is . :D

These trips to Home Depot become a little less frequent over time. Congrats again.
