the clothing is hit or miss.

they often have nice summer stuff for females. Cotton tops, capris, that sort of thing. Also, they have some decent stuff for little kids, and sometimes decent winter jackets for kids and teens.

Not so sure about men's stuff.

WOW.

My Monday night rehearsal in NYC just got cancelled.

This means that I can actually come to the CN party if it's not totally oversold yet...just replied to the thread and emailed - hope it works out...

I'd probably get there closer to 7 pm, but would love to join for the rest of the evening (including the post-event if there is one!) and meet/re-meet so many of y'all! :D

Just show up. Even if it is "full" we'll find space. :)

Glad to hear your Mom is doing better.

And, re Facebook. I often wonder whether people realize that they may just as well be standing on stage holding a megaphone whenever they post.

I am not sure why she posted that except to make her look like the precious daughter and me as the gold digger. You should have seen the obituary she published for my Dad. . I approved one version and she printed a different one.

Anyway her FB does provide an insight into her thought process. Just confirms its all about her.

I buy alot of mens socks there. My husband use to buy their knock off brand of Cole Haans that he used for work. Inflight kitchen are hard on shoes so he looked good but didn't have to worry about ruining an expensive pair of shoes.

For some reason I took a look at the  thread (looking young...) It is true about how you dress. It's been a while since I've done my snob test with Polo stuff but it does make a difference in many parts of the country, especially at Red Robins.

I get the kids socks from there too. Really good value for both LittleMissBrit and MissTeenBrit, especially as they seem to eat socks.....

In the future, might mom be interested in learning how to access Facebook?

My mother prefers to ignore the issues between my sister and myself. I have told her over and over about what has been going on, so she is quite aware of the issues and why they are issues.

These family matters are really draining.
