Click on Profile, Settings and then select "activated" under "Publish your statistics for others to see". The URL should be right below that.

I got as far as my profile page but there isn't anything named "activated" or "Publish you statistics for others to see".

Word of warning: I am very dumb when it comes to all things computer. :D

From the main Profile page, click Settings. On the Settings page the first thing you should see is "Publish your statistics for others to see", and underneath that are two radio buttons - "activated" and "deactivated". Make sure that "activated" is selected.
