B6 does have a refundable fare SFO-FLL, but it is a redeye. VX has a refundable fare to MIA, but it gets in too late. Unfortunately the AA SFO-MIA is the only flight I can realistically take, and AA wouldn't sell me a refundable fare. Their loss.
