By far, though, the fastest way to cancer and a cool a beer is with a CO2-based fire extinguisher. Works like gangbusters. :D

Fixed it for ya @:-)

How gentle are we talking? Is there a happy medium between no movement and enough movement to cause everyone's beers to overflow upon opening?

Gentle enough to move the heat away from the can in the solution, so not much. The can likely gets more action when you grab it and pick it up.

Apparently, I'm so attuned to being a senior official that I write profound things whether sober or drinking.

A couple of years ago, I learn that much like my golf game, my kayaking skills improve with moderate beer consumption.

Exactly...just a little gentle swirling to get the beer moving around in the can/bottle would do the trick.

The fire extinguisher would definitely be quick, although I think the tub of brine wins out on cost.

And as belynch pointed out, a tad less cancer. I wish I had the patience to be a chemist or physicist. I love the concepts and even understand a few of them but my learning style is far to kinesthetic to pick it up in college.

The client I had at Tropicana who brought me onto Bethpage Black apologized to the caddy in advance due to the stocking of his bag with no fewer than 12 Heineken cans...it may have been 24 now that I think about it. He referred to this as his supply of "aiming fluid".

Me too. Its why I dropped pre-med in undergrad after my first year. I had to work way too hard for those B's.

:-: I've been known to do a "beer per hole". I tend to have a really good 4th and 5th hole and go downhill until I literally go downhill (usually end-up at the bottom of a bunker) around the 14th. :-:

If you were to halve your consumption, your odds of finishing the loop increase by a factor of ten.

Went to an outing where they played the "Aluminum Open" - each person drank a different beer, and you got a stroke off your score for each empty crushed can in your cart. Let's just say I finished the round... :-:

This would likely be the only way I might enjoy golf.

Any boxers in So. Fl. tomorrow?

I'm a day behind, but I'm in FLL today and tomorrow (though tomorrow I am working from 7 am until I get back on my US :rolleyes:ways flight home).

Did you go for the romance package? I know some people who are narcissistic enough for that rate to be appropriate.

Time to switch Firefox profiles to do some testing.

What does the box say about this method to secure your checked bags? :-:
