morton's is better than palm, at least for a steak only :D but alas, Palm is fine, and better than Ruth's Chris. Shula's down in Miami is quite nice, so is his resort. ^

whew relief. I thought someone in the box had the nerve to recommend Ruth's chris :D

I was ready to pack the cooler and backpack grill and make them a proper steak that is much better with 3 ingredients: good cut of steak, that I'd cut there..., salt, and pepper. butter/herb butter belongs on the bread not the meat.

Ended up at Evo - they have a three-course deal and I wasn't going to lose 50% of my comp value based upon Trump's system.

I don't really use the salt but you have my idea on steak.

I use garlic salt and pepper.

Hey, Box! Not sure if anyone's posted this yet...but it looks like ALCO got a little crazy waiting for his next flight out of IAH. Not sure why he would want to go to CMH of all places... :)

A touch of olive oil, sea salt and freshly ground pepper goes on my steaks, and sometimes fresh garlic as well.

Absolutely agree...my position is well-documented as far as favorite menu items at the Palm.
