FWIW, in the same call I just posted about, there was an extended length interlude with a CO Res. Agent who thought that tomorrow's elimination of the $100 co-pay for B fares "applied to domestic tickets only." Took a while for both me and the OnePass supe to explain to her that the copay was going away systemwide on all B fares. CHANGE takes time to filter through, I suppose.

Minor point: it's Keyshawn Johnson who has the douche-chill inducing interior design show that is loaded to the hilt with cheesy football analogies. Saw it once, and never will waste my time on this Earth by watching it again.

I defer to the expert on all things Key.

Multifunctions are overrated.

I have a Brother Laser in the office - given my previous experience with a Brother (drove me to buy the HP for home), I'm impressed. It's just baffling that others expect me to have things they didn't order last year.

Pan Am can't take you to the moon, but from tomorrow morning, you can reach for a STAR with Continental Airlines!

She wants to watch Monday Night Football, but about five other people in the TV area were already watching Heroes before she arrived in the club. She pretty much demanded the right to change the channel, despite the protests of the others who were here first, and stormed off to the bar to complain to the bartender about the TV selection. WTH is up with this idea that everyone always wants to watch sports? Now they're changing the channel, others who were here first aren't happy, all because one person complained.

As it turns out, the game was already on at the bar and in the other TV area.

Not to defend the miscreant, however one can watch Heroes on Hulu.

I was curious to see how awful it would be. Fiancee had HGTV on one Saturday morning (as she is programmed to do on nearly any day of the week) and I saw the intro for the show and thought it was a joke.

We watched the first half of it and then exchanged looks, thinking the same thing: My God, what schmucks we are for wasting even 15 minutes.

It's okay. I've done lots of  things I'm not proud of. :D

There was Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas in a local Rite Aid last month. And I heard the first Christmas song of the year yesterday. My response was a very obscene utterance.

Lewis Black's material on the disappearance of distinct holiday seasons has lots of obscene utterances that by some Christmas miracle are strung together and end up providing a remarkable sense of clarity about the topic.

Thanks! I was just about to say "All the leaves are brown now" but I realized I'd be breaking into the Mamas and the Papas.
