So the Poo reference of the day fresh from the mall visit. Guy net to me in stall was hmming the gospal while doing his business.

Jesus moves heaven, earth...and intestines. Who knew?

But for some reason, the two cars that I drive regularly are mature enough not to have that feature and it is usually the sight of a police car that gets me legal.

I'm almost to the point of being the guy who buckles up as soon as I sit. I used to never use one at all.

What it was a Disney version of the news??

No, because at least with Disney you know it's not reality. Sadly, CNN believes themselves to be reality.

Not a clue, sir. I haven't researched transportation yet. We are well ahead of schedule and under budget for all things wedding, and we agreed last night to take a break from the progress and let the calendar catch up to us. It is my understanding that wedding transportation is confirmed at about the six-month mark. A consultation of my fiancee's Facebook page reveals that we are 359 days out. (She has a countdown calendar...)

Edited for adaptation to my life.

Looks like I'm in the wrong place at the wrong time again...

It's like 100 degrees here. I'm feeling a bit masochistic so I'm going for a walk after lunch and beer.

Well, I feel like I'm ten grand better off now that I was when I got up.

The other half called after she arrived in Denver, noting there were a couple of shingles off the roof, and concluding that a new roof was needed; she was guessing 5M to 8M. This morning, a guy came out to estimate, and said there was nothing wrong with the roof, he and his guy went up, put on a couple new shingles from a stash in the basement and now are off buying some gutter components. Couple hundred, worst case.

And the chicken caper is off until the fall (at least), saving a couple thou in coops, fences, etc.

Severe thunderstorms forecated for teh I-95 corridor. This makes me happy. Not only will that drive traffic, and by extension tipping, into my driveway, but a good old fashioned pounding from the sky will also hopefully wash the air of this putrid humidity.

The SMD2 sounds like a lot of fun. I am for sure doing the IAH part of the trip. I am still unsure about the other part.

Same here!

That will score you big points^

Just checked Wunderground's radar for ya. Nothing at all, except one small rain cell way down, north of BWI.

Radar was clear yesterday and it still rained. There is a long line of nastiness out in WV right now that looks it might start to arrive just in time for our wedding parking rush tonight. ^

That is not only sweet, it is very, very smart.

I'm starting to get the hang of doing household stuff while the other half is away. Since we work opposing schedules, I have time to do such and really no excuses not to.
