Brisket sandwich, onion rings, and Diet Dr. Pepper hit the spot for lunch. Even if I spent half the meal talking to .Edward about apology vouchers from UA on the phone. (Not really complaining about that.)

Hartmann,
Saw your LR post on Twitter last night - get your questions answered? |

Hartmann,
Saw your LR post on Twitter last night - get your questions answered? I'm wondering if it's better for me to archive old photos, pulling them off of my computer's HD and moving them to an external (which would be backed up off-site). |

Kind of. I've got 4GB of photos on a stick and have a 20GB library already on my computer. I'm quickly running out of space on my computer's harddrive.
I'm wondering if it's better for me to archive old photos, pulling them off of my computer's HD and moving them to an external (which would be backed up off-site). My setup is slightly more extreme - I import the photos into LR on my desktop, with the original copy of the image on a 1TB drive in there (my photos take up about 150-200GB, I think - several years of heavy RAW shooting + no culling). The photos folder on that 1TB drive is automatically synced to my NAS for local backup (and also easy access from my Macbook). I periodically do an offsite backup above and beyond that - I keep an extra external HDD stashed in my desk at work and bring it home every month or two. Edit: Hey, post :-: 3,333 :-: |
CO just posted pics of the :rolleyes:v travel class on :rolleyes:book.

The only way she would get a bump is if someone shows up that was holding a confirmed reservation that was canceled in error. |

The last time I got an apology voucher from UA, it was $150 for getting me home an hour earlier than planned. :-: ^
