Found the answer - from T&C of Nights & Flights Awards:

This Award is only offered with airlines with a 1 Starpoint to 1 Airline mile transfer ratio.
CO is out from Nights & Flights Awards. :td:

I just did the transfer to Amtrak and I DID get the 5,000 mile bonus. Thanks to all for your help!

Sorry Pfor- yes, I my first post was wrong (said it would convert to 15000 instead of 12500). Dont know what I was thinking when I was typing. I didn't realize it until I looked in the thread again 15-20 mins later and read my post. I quickly edited my post to put the correct amount.

I should have just created a new post. My apologies to the OP. Thanks for catching it as well Pfor.
