Mr. "International Concierge" was the guy who gave me 3 op-ups for EWR-DEL...pretty much filled their lifetime quota of service for me :p

There was last Thursday. I asked about a shower on arrival in the PClub and the guy there told me to ask for Brian on the plane and he'd help me out. Brian was there, standing at 4B the whole time through boarding looking completely disinterested in his dark gray coat and didn't really seem too keen on helping out with anything or offering up services. Only as he was leaving the plane did I remember I wanted the shower and I asked if he was the concierge and if he could arrange it. He did forward the request so it got done, but not without a bit of prompting on our part.

I also understand that they are becoming GS agents (another agent in the club earlier was talking about that and the shadowing she was doing with the sUA folks on that front) in the very near future.
