I'm not sure if having it come out of my eyes would even be enough. When I first saw the question, I didn't even know what the tp was like, never used it on a plane!

I'm surprised this isn't the general consensus (working next to the lav, it doesn't seem to be). It would have to be a triple code 3 red alert emergency.
