Are these coupons actually useable?
I have several of the CHYP coupons, as well as a Privilege Pack coupon for the 25/50/100off airfares.
Trying to book 4 tickets(family of 4) using these coupons, online.
For a spring getaway to SJU.
I know I will probally have to book all seperatley in order to use these, but is there anyway I can use the CHYP coupons and book online?
I finaly figured out how to use the Privlege Pack one(PPDE) - but can't for the life of me figure out how to use the CHYP ones.
or
Do you think it would be better for me to book with the desk, seeing that I want to use all these, book seperate, but make sure we are all on the same plane(eg:traveling w/kids)?
I did search the answer here high and low - but couldn't find it.
Thanks for any advise on this^
We are just on a very tight budget this year and if I could use these - it would help us.

CHYP does not have PIN code, thus you can't use it on-line and need to call reservation center. Reservation center should be able to handle both PPDE and CHYP at the same time - it may result different PNR, but they can tie those PNR together on the system.
However, as you may know, restriction and blackout dates of CHYP are significant, totally different from PPDE. Thus you need to pick up dates/fare class which satisfy T&C of CHYP first, then make sure that date/class also falls into PPDE's T&C.
You may want to call CO.COM support desk rather than regular reservation center/desk, to avoid booking fee, since you tried to use CHYP on-line but CO.COM couldn't handle it.

Since I am gold on CO, should I call an elite line or just the regular support desk - or does it matter?
Thanks again!

You may call Gold Elite line, then (after choosing option 4) tell CSR that you want to talk to CO.COM support desk because you couldn't redeem coupons on-line. (Elite line's CSR will still charge you booking fee.)
One additional note, those coupons/certificates w/o PIN code need to be mailed-in to Continental's Houston address (PO Box) after redemption.
Support desk rep will tell you how to do it. eTicket will not be issued until they receive mailed coupons.

just call co.com support which can be accessed under the "contact us" tab at the top right of the co.com home page.
thier bookings are seen by the system as online bookings. you can then go to one of four CTO's or an airport ticket counter to turn in the certs and have your etickets issued. you may also mail in the certs to the address given to you by the agent. ive always chosen to take them to the airport.
my adivce for a family of four would be to put yourself on one reservation. then your wife/husband on the other and then your kids together.
this way, youll get your EUA at the earliest available opportunity and then you can upgrade your sig. other as a companion. the kids can stay in the back.
