Answer to Amex Promo.
I've just got off the phone with the CSR who explained to me why I was not getting the bonus miles after my first 5k bonus I've received around end of Jan. Since then I flew more than 8 qualifying round trips and only got credit for the first travel. She states that NJ residents are not eligible and if I want credit I would have to fax them a copy of the targetted offer mail. Although I couldn't provide the document the CSR was nice enough to give me 15k bonus miles. It's definitely better than nothing... What a great CSR I hope they are all like her.
