Thumbs up A happy crew!

Late last night flew on CO1547 IAH-SAN and was surprised how jovial, efficient, & accommodating the FA's were on the totally full flight. From their NY accents & later announcement they were EWR based! One FA prior to landing actually went thru the coach cabin thanking passengers for flying CO.
The flight arrived 20 minutes early & our luggage with priority tags was the first delivered just when we reached the baggage claim area.
And to top it off scored a last minute upgrade which I let my wife enjoy!
So you'll hear no complaining from me!

Although I say this expecting a flurry (or maybe an onslaught...) of "are you kidding me"'s, I think EWR-based crews are pretty darn good. As long as you treat them with a modicum of respect, I think you get good service. Are there exceptions? You bet. Just my $.02. Now, EWR GA's are a different story.

You'd be happy, too, if you lived where there was still snow on the ground, but had to spend the weekend in sunny San Diego! Maybe a little side trip to TJ for excellent music & food, too.
