Terminal E at IAH
It is so frustrating that the agents who check ID's at terminal E pay NO attention to elite status.
It was actually faster to get through the general line this morning as they were letting anyone and everyone through the Elite line.
Pretty disappointing for the flagship airport and flagship terminal.

Monday at 8 there WAS no elite line, and I got to wait 5 minutes while someone found out you can't bring 12 oz of shampoo on the plane.

Send a complaint. As good as CO is about addressing passenger concerns, you could potentially play a part in solving this annoying problem. My thanks to you in advance for your efforts!

Think about it...if you fly on Monday mornings from a CO hub (IAH)..who is there with you? Other elite members, who make up the bulk of the traffic at that time.
