What's For Lunch?
Flying CO EWR-SFO in first tomorrow (737-8 blecch) - lunch will be served. What to expect? Baked cookies still? Choice of entrees? Or is it soup and sandwich?

Appetizer - Lump Crabmeat with Shrimp
Mixed Green Salad - with Fresh Baked Bread
Main Courses
Grilled Steak with pepper rub with spinach
Breast of Chicken with fontina cheese and spinach
Escolar with tomato and olive ragout
Pasta Bowl with truffle and potato fillling
Dessert - Ice Cream with choice of toppings
Same as the transcon dinner menu - and there you have it
