Continental Select Program
I have been waiting for over three months for some promised miles to post to my account from the 2006 Continental Select Bonus Program. These miles never posted. How many other people were promised credits towards the Continental Select program back in October that was never credited?
I received a letter and an email near the end of October 2006 stating that I had earned over 100,000 bonus miles (I had completed my second goal and earned the miles).
Anyway the miles were supposed to post in 6-8 weeks. They never did. I just got off the phone with the One Pass Service Center and they had no record of me earning this bonus.
Can you believe that? I had to send them the email back to them so they can research this???
Who is running the show over there?
I will have to start keeping track of every single flight from now on to make sure I get what I earned.

If it means that much to you, I guess you'll have to.
I've never heard of select bonuses unless it's one of those deals you pay to join and when you meet the requirements, they post the miles?

Any chance you still have the letter and/or e-mail? If so, I'd fax it over to the OnePass service center.

I've been selected twice for this
Once I made it and the miles (100k) went in as promised on the designated day. Didn't make the second one - mostly because only the five or six highest codes qualified for credit. Even I am not that stupid nor greedy.
Did you recieve the monthly (I think) updates showing your progress? They would be your best evidence.

Well, I bok the high fares, mainly in order to qualify for the promotion and because the customer pays for all of my travel. Does that make me stupid? I don't think so. And by the way, the last portion of the 109K miles posted at the same time as the past qualifying segment, automatic and I love it

Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry8100/4.2.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/100)
Mine posted a couple of days after my last qualifying flight. You should definitely call the OnePass service center about this.
