Shocking Computer Glitch!

I qualified for Elite status again in 2006 for 2007, but when I sign into Continental's wesite it shows 0 EQMs for 2006! It says "2006 Elite Miles 0. 2006 Elite Points 0". Their new website screwed me again! I clearly earned enough EQM's in 2006 to requalify, but the computer has erased all my 2006 miles and points.

I planned on traveling much more in 2007, but not if Continental doesn't honor last years qualifying EQMs. Does anyone know what hoops I have to jump through to prove to Continental that I earned Elite status last year? Help!!

Did you check your calendar? It's 2007 now! All EQMs from 2006 have been erased but they have not changed the date from 2006 to 2007 yet. Don't worry, CO did not screw you over.

I appreciate the words of encouragement, but they changed their website last year and I have lost much confidence in their system. If it says 2006 miles 0, who is to say that this is not what the computer is reading?

I can't call onepass today as it is a holiday and they are closed.

It says that for everyone right now. They did not delete all of our OnePass miles. It will be alright...

There is no grand conspiracy here on the part of Continental to deny people their earned 2006 EQMs. The web site simply needs to be updated. My account shows the same thing (2006) as well. I am not worried. Neither should you be.

There is really nothing else to discuss about this here. It is already being mentioned/discussed elsewhere.
