PC Member using the PHX Crown Room

I know this has been discussed before, but Search is not working right now. Can a PC member go into the PHX Crown Room if they are not flying Continental or Delta that day?

A PC member should be able to get into the PHX Delta CRC if they are "flying" that day (on any airline - that's ANY airline). Now you might need a boarding pass of an airline in that gate area to get through security. CO is in a different terminal.

I was able to get through security with a CO boarding pass a couple of months ago. However, YMMV. When the TSA employee had a quizical look on their face, I mentioned I was going to the Delta Crown Club and they were ok with that answer.

The people in the PHX CRC are really nice. I have used the club several times over the past couple of months flying AA and using my NW WC card to enter. Many DL clubs seem to ask for your boarding pass, agents at this club tend to simply ask where you're flying to. The TSA agents will let anyone through to use the CRC with a boarding pass regardless of which carrier you're flying even though you will need to leave and reclear security.

Concur this is a nice club with nice staff. Hae used several time flying NW to PHX. Even if they ask for your boarding pass it shouldn't matter that you are flying CO. I have wonderd if they get exchange funds for visits at different rates based on whether your are flying DL at the time you visit the CRC.

I think the exchange rate is based on whose membership card you have and which airline's club you are using.
